Meanwhile Cat was busy developing her own radio skills, starting off at Amsterdam's Red Light Radio together with DJ's Ari Deelder and Ben Penn. Two years later things really hit off when she was offered her own show 'Thelonious' on one of Holland's largest local radio stations Radio Rijnmond in Rotterdam, focusing mainly on old school jazz. When she was asked to host and produce the late night show 'Wakkere Honden' (also at Radio Rijnmond) her playlists expanded considerably, containing heavy soul, ska, exotica, rock & roll and classic r&b. In 2016 'Thelonious' changed into 'A Deeper Shade of Soul' where Cat focused on the best soul tracks she could find in her broad music collection.
