cccriojo* 05 w/ Faustin & NÉNÉ

Airdate: 06.03.2025
cccriojo* serves as a platform for collective world-building through re-mixing, deconstructing, and reimagening cultural identities. In this show I invite guests from the cultural and creative sector to explore notions of home and heritage through artistic manifestations of sounds and visions.
In this episode, I am very happy to welcome multidisciplinary artist NÉNÉ. As a recent graduate of WdKA, her graduation project delved into traditional African textiles, weaving together themes of queerness and cultural heritage of the African diaspora. Through a multidisciplinary approach, she further bridges her roots with her current environment in Rotterdam, centering narratives of community and belonging. I am super excited to share this conversation with NÉNÉ, whose work beautifully reimagines identity, heritage, and belonging through art, offering a relevant perspective on the intersection of tradition and modernity”
