Airdate: 01.12.2025
Mono Radio is all about music and the artists behind it. No fixed genres, just a flow of deep cuts and vibes. Each episode, we explore sounds with guest DJs, diving into their connection with MONO, their past, and future plans.

This time, we feature Hedojosa, known from The Link Up and celebrated for his high-energy blend of Caribbean and African club sounds. His sets move seamlessly through batida, baile, soca and kuduro, balancing raw percussive drive with playful, unexpected switches. Rooted in community and diasporic nightlife, Hedojosa brings a sound that feels both grounded in tradition and sharp on the cutting edge of today’s global club culture.

Joining him is Imani, part of the Pretty Girls Like Trap Music collective, radio host at FunX and a versatile DJ whose selections span Jersey Club, Bouyon, Baile Funk and more. Imani’s style is bold, rhythmic and unapologetically fun, tapping into internet-born club movements while staying deeply connected to the dancefloor and the stories behind the music.

Together, Hedojosa and Imani highlight two complementary approaches to contemporary club culture, showing how shared roots can branch out into different but connected sonic worlds. Each artist delivers a 45–50 minute set, plus a short chat about MONO and their journey.
