For my 8th session a continuation of the last one with connection as guideline.
I want to connect with self again. Realizing everything is "I". My thoughts, my actions, my wins, my losses, my responsibilities, my ways, my conclusions. Moving through life brought me a lot in “We” and other perspectives. It was a perfect way to come closer to “I”. But there has to come a realization. And a lot of times “I” is “We”. When I have pain, do I blame the world? Or can I have compassion for the ones that hurt me. Sometimes we forget that the pain we feel is also the pain in the person that caused it. What do we do? Will we hate the person and don’t forgive or are we going to love that person so we can love “I” too. 8th stands for eternity. What do we choose love or pain?
