Stepping into 9th session. With it, I begin to recognize my patterns more clearly. I see the conflicts that appear when I communicate. I notice how much I need the person in front of me to understand me, and how tone and presentation shape everything. Connection is not only what I feel. it's how I express. For this session I invited Levi Dendo. “Levi” stands for joining, for bringing things together. “Dendo” speaks to carrying light, carrying meaning from one to another. His presence fits the story: this session is about learning how to connect through the way we speak, the way we listen, and the way we allow ourselves to be understood. This time, I step into communication not as something I perform, but as something I grow through. I explore the space where “I” meets “We” again, but with more honesty. More responsibility. More awareness. Session 9 is about seeing myself clearly through the interaction I create. It is about letting connection be the teacher that shows me who I really am.
