DJ Slimzee co-founded Rinse FM in 1994. For a three-year period in the early days of the station, the Rinse studio was hosted in DJ Slimzee's house. From the late 1990s, Slimzee was one of the first DJs to start introducing the dark new music coming out of the UK garage scene into his sets and throughout the early 2000s, he hosted a Sunday afternoon grime show which would regularly showcase some of the genre's best MCs.
Expect to hear a mix of Trap, Breaks, Dubstep and Grime. Slimzee is renowned for breaking sounds and playing a selection of exclusive dubplates which you most likely have never heard before!
