Like a bowl of fruit or vase of tulips, the human voice ripens and then fades. Still Life is a radio show-as-collection: of speech, song, folklore, poetry, breath. Each episode a composition of aural texture and colour that present a moment in time, with the human voice at its centre. Expect: ambient, avant garde, concrete poetry, spoken word, field recordings, folk, DIY experimentalism.
