Raised near Detroit and now based in Madrid, Bat is a versatile selector whose sets blend diverse genres with fluidity. She’s known for her eclectic sets that bounce between the boundaries of genres. Having brought her sound to underground spaces in Madrid, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Berlin and San Sebastián. Influenced by 90s Midwestern techno, electro, dubstep, jungle, and drum & bass, she crafts dynamic, eclectic, and energetic mixes that fuse past sounds with contemporary energy. As a resident DJ for Madrid's queer collective Silenciolocx, Bat is committed to creating safer spaces for queer people with a focus on authenticity both in sound and community
