After sharing snippets and demos to her fanbase, Nep finally releases her debut LP Noelle in full, a candid, often hilarious documentation of the push-and-pull mystique of her hometown Daytona. The record was written during her senior college year in a haze of dorm room parties, teenage heartbreak, and those intense, messy friendships. It captures both the urge to escape its small town stirrings and the nostalgic daydreaming inside of them.
