NOTEP

NOTEP (No-Tep), or Note Panayanggool, is a Thai musician, producer, and environmentalist known for blending art, nature, and self-exploration. Her sound bridges electronic music with traditional instruments, ambient textures, and her voice as an instrument creating immersive, multi-sensory experiences. Whether through her hybrid DJ sets or live A/V shows, NOTEP guides audiences on journeys rooted in presence, culture, and connection. She has performed at Wonderfruit Festival, Hypefest, The Lot Radio, and multiple clubs across Asia, while collaborating with global brands such as Louis Vuitton, Dior, Prada, and Nike. Her debut album Metamorphogenesis (2024) reflects her transformation as a DJ, singer, and sound healing practitioner, moving from ambient soundscapes to dancefloor energy while maintaining an experimental, New Age edge. Offstage, NOTEP is the founder of “High On Your Own Supply,” an initiative promoting sustainability and self-sufficiency. She works with Greenpeace Thailand, UNDP, and CoralGardeners, and actively engages youth on environmental issues. Her TED Talk at TEDxChiang Mai explored creativity, sustainability, and the deep connection between human and nature, core themes in both her art and activism.
