Sjel

Sjel is a Rotterdam-born and raised visual artist. After completing formal art education, he developed a personal style shaped by both technique and intuition. Music has always played an important role in his life. From jazz, disco to techno, Sjel draws inspiration from a wide range of sounds and has been part of Rotterdam’s nightlife and underground scene. As a passionate trumpet player, he has performed in several bands over the years, further blending his connection between art, rhythm, and culture.
