Steven Pieters

Steven Pieters (1983) plays his music in clubs and festivals throughout Europe and is one of the tastemakers of the Dutch underground house scene. Although it's hard to stick a certain label to his sound, it can be best described as a forward thinking blend of everything deep and funky. He holds a reputation for bringing warm and soulful sounds with a distinct freaky edge and a powerful hypnotic groove. As the frontman of the Triphouse Rotterdam collective he relentlessly pushed the local scene for well over a decade. Currently Steven is focusing on the production of his own tracks that have surfaced on labels such as Wolfskuil Ltd, Kindisch, Grammafoon, Manual and his own Triphouse Rotterdam imprint over the last years.
