Cecile (CQC) is a presenter, artist and intercultural philosopher. She loves creating art as much as she loves talking about it. Music and art provides deeper understanding of our personal and social life and artist can offer us refreshing ways of thinking. With Gallery Noise she creates a space for Rotterdam artists to share their work.
